Many Agents tell us that handling all the paperwork and coordinating outside services can be their biggest time-waster and least favorite part of the job. Yet they know that processing the paperwork correctly, making sure all parties have performed on time, checking that every page has signatures or initials, and that the "file is complete" is one of the most important steps of a successful closing.
