That's the philosophy we had when we decided to open an escrow company, it was imperative that, like our real estate division, customer service would be our number one concern.  Even though our escrow is broker-owned, we run it like a separate corporation. Every month our books are reconciled by an outside company and our ledgers are balanced daily. We have a Licensed Escrow Officer on duty to insure proper procedures are followed. In addition, escrow needs to justify itself to our agents and their clients. We do not expect All Stars agents to utilize our escrow services unless they feel it is the best. After all, an agents' reputation is affected by the services they recommend!
