CALIFORNIA REQUIRES ALL REAL ESTATE AGENTS TO HAVE A CA REAL ESTATE LICENSE

DO YOU QUALIFY?
As a minimum, the California BRE requires all salesperson applicants to:
be 18 years of age or older;
a legal resident of the United States
be honest and truthful.
(Failure to disclose a criminal conviction may result in the denial of a license.)
A new salesperson applicant must complete three "45"-hour pre-licensing courses and earn a completion certificates for each. The Bureau of Real Estate requires all applicants to complete: Real Estate Principles and Real Estate Practice. The third course must be from a list of authorized courses prescribed by the BRE. Of those classes, Legal Aspects of Real Estate will help you prepare for the State Exam.

- NOTE: IT IS NOT NECESSARY OR RECOMMENDED TO PURCHASE THE MORE EXPENSIVE $500+ PACKAGES OFFERED BY THE SCHOOL.
