licensE SCHOOL options

California requires all real estate agents to have a California Real Estate license. Our pre-license course are online and accessible via mobile
​and computers at home or in our offices. Our pre-license school makes it easy and affordable.
Every person has different needs, ​which is why we offer a choice of three learning plans - starting as low as $99.00: 

For those who consider themselves very good students and are easily self-taught.

Most future agents choose the Silver Plan which includes additional State Exam study aids.

For those who have a hard time studying and would like to own physical textbooks instead of PDFs. Includes a phone buddy coach.

do you qualify? 

The California Bureau require all salesperson applicants to: 

• 18 years of age or older
• Legal resident of the United State
• Honest and Truthful (Failure to disclose a criminal conviction may result in denial of license)

A new salesperson applicant must complete three pre-licensing courses and earn a completion certificate for each.
